Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026This page explains the general process for tire-related inquiries, accepted orders and appointment-based service. It does not create a live offer or replace the specific written cancellation, return, warranty or payment terms disclosed for an order.
Inquiries are free and optional
There is no charge merely to send a quote inquiry or ask a question. The website has no online checkout and does not collect payment. An inquiry alone is not an order, purchase or confirmed appointment, so you may decline a response before accepting specific written terms.
Accepted written terms control
Before you accept an order, the written response should identify the relevant tire and quantity, services, taxes and fees, payment terms, availability, appointment details, and any product-specific cancellation or return restriction. Once accepted, those written terms control for that order. If an important term is missing or unclear, request clarification before accepting or paying.
Cancelling an inquiry or appointment request
An unaccepted inquiry may be withdrawn by email or phone without an inquiry fee. After an order or appointment is accepted, contact customer support as soon as possible. Whether cancellation remains available may depend on work already performed, supplier commitments, a specially obtained product or another restriction disclosed and accepted in writing.
Special-order or specially obtained tires
A tire that must be specially ordered, reserved, transferred or obtained for a specific request may have limited cancellation or return eligibility. Any non-refundable commitment, supplier charge, restocking charge or similar restriction must be identified in the written terms before acceptance. If no such restriction was disclosed, ask customer support to review the order record before any deduction is applied.
Uninstalled product returns
Return eligibility for an uninstalled tire depends on the accepted written terms and the tire's condition, identity and supplier requirements. A return may be declined if the tire has been mounted, installed, driven on, damaged, altered, mismatched with the supplied product record or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, except where applicable law provides a remedy. Contact support before transporting or returning a product so the correct party and return location can be confirmed.
Installed tires and completed service
A tire generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after it has been mounted or driven on, and a completed service is not generally refundable solely because the customer later changes their mind. This does not remove rights or remedies that apply to an incorrect product, faulty installation, defective item, misrepresentation or another failure to provide what was accepted. Report a concern promptly and avoid continued use if safety may be affected.
Defects and manufacturer warranties
A suspected manufacturing defect may be handled under the tire manufacturer's warranty, including its inspection, documentation, eligibility, adjustment and prorating requirements. The available remedy may depend on the manufacturer and applicable law. Before proceeding, request written confirmation of the claim process, the party handling it, and any inspection, transport, labor or replacement charges that may apply.
Unavailable product or changed material terms
If a tire becomes unavailable or a material term changes before acceptance, you may accept a revised written option or decline it. If a material term changes after acceptance, the next step and any refund for an amount already paid should be addressed under the accepted terms and applicable law; a substitute should not be imposed without your agreement.
How approved refunds are handled
Because this website does not process payment, any payment and approved refund are handled through the method and party identified in the accepted written order. The written response should state the approved amount, any disclosed and valid deduction, the refund method and the expected processing timing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time after a refund is issued.
How to request review
Email support@sathayamtyres.com or call the customer support line at (479) 283‑0665. Include your name, the relevant quote or order information, the tire description, the date of the communication or appointment, the issue and the outcome requested. Do not send payment-card details by email.
This policy does not limit a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation right, warranty or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
